Northstar IT and top engineer Dave came to my rescue following some unexpected power outages at home and office. I have a large and very powerful dedicated workstation for software development, and the machine suddenly started to shut itself down without warning during development which caused massive problems, and there were also some other odd behavioural symptoms. David diagnosed the cause immediately, checked the details and initiated an automated repair for the next reboot whilst I was still working on the machine and with zero interruption. A quick call from Northstar telling me to reboot, and a few minutes whilst the check and repair to the system was run, and I was back in business with no more problems. I estimate it was all done and fixed in less than an hour all told. Fabulous response, brilliant service, and all included in the standard contract. I Love it!!

I just wanted to say that Dave R and Paul S have been amazing as always, but I thought it would be nice if you could pass the message onto them, rather than just google reviews. We have been having issues with the internet and phone systems and without them, it would be very painful. I know everyone does their best to deliver a great service, but it is a huge piece of mind knowing Dave and Paul are there!!!!
