You supplied to me a a Fujitsu computer some six years ago which had worked without any issues for six years but I had noticed there had been a slowing down in performance as the mechanical hard drive became crowded with data.
Although I was keen to buy a new computer, you recommended that I upgrade the drive to a solid state drive from the existing mechanical drive and this has resulted in a remarkable increase in performance and the noise levels emanating fromt he machine are now virtually zero.
Even though the order for the upgrade was given during lockdown, your team collected the machine and returned it to me without breaching any of the very strict lockdown prohibitions at the time and I have been so pleased with the result that I felt I should write this testimonial to you.
What can I say about Northstar’s response to our demands during the coronavirus crisis? We really couldn’t have asked for more. At the drop of a hat, 3 new laptops were configured for home use and delivered. Existing laptops were recommissioned, and some users were given secure remote access from their own home PCs.
We went from having maybe 4 users with remote access that was used occasionally, to more than a dozen working from home full time, literally in the space of a couple of days. Any IT issues for those working from home, and Northstar have been available, in a timely fashion, to remote access their local PC/laptop, or their office PC and resolve any issues. Just the kind of support that you want and need in times of crisis.

Northstar IT will not just sort out the problems with your computer which is normally me “PICNIC” I will let them explain. But they are very approachable, nothing seems too much of a problem and before you know it everything is up and running again.
