Dear Christian,

One again Northstar IT have come to the rescue!

My essential work laptop started to misbehave last night and wouldn't work this morning.

At 9.02am we spoke to Zoe at Northstar IT HQ. Remotely, she carried out a thorough check and clean-up of my laptop and I was immediately up and running again by 10.50am.

I think your company should be renamed "Northstar International Rescue!"

Firstly I would like to start with saying how happy I am with my new PC. After having such an awful experience with my iMac, its reassuring that going back to Windows operated system is far superior and meets my needs.

When you first came to me to assist with my iMac, there was talks in how you could utilise it with adding external NAS system. After carefully deciding the money spent could be a waste, taking your advice and trusting your judgement. The transformation from Mac to PC was a smooth transaction.

I would like to thank your members of staff for being so prompt. Only losing the iMac for only two days was paramount to my business. Luckily having a laptop, I was able to carry on with my day to day business. However knowing the iMac was essential, they went above and beyond to deliver it back to me before my new PC arrived.

When my new PC arrived with the new stylish 34” curved monitor, I knew I had made the right decision. Windows start up was simultaneous, after waiting over two minutes for my iMac to load up, this was astounding.

Artur made sure that all my files had been copied over with no I’s and T’s uncrossed or dotted. Amazing service throughout and any technical issues from now on I can rest assure these will be answered by prompt response from Northstar. Thank you again.

As a Silver Surfer, I am usually very competent with my computer, but when the surfing gets a bit choppy with frustrating problems, I have peace of mind because I can be “rescued” by Northstar.
