Since we moved to Northstar for our IT solution, we have not looked back. Our system was in urgent need of care. Northstar came in and did a full audit and within a few days they had prepared a detailed breakdown of what was required. The quote was very competitive. They managed not only to save our current server, but kept us up and running while they worked in the background correcting all the faults. Now our network works faster and with little or no interruption to the day’s work load.

Recently one of our main printers caused a fault. We managed to source a replacement quickly and even though they did not supply this, they installed this within hours of the printer arriving. This is exactly the service we need and we could not recommend them more highly.
