DSL first began working with Northstar in 2001, when Christian installed our very first network.
Our company was growing and in 2008 we moved premises to a larger building with room for further growth. Christian again installed the network for us.
With our IT systems becoming more and more mission critical we made the very hard decision to go elsewhere for our IT support as we were concerned about relying on just one person. We tried a couple of larger IT support companies and the levels of customer service were disappointing to say the least.
While we were regretting our decision to move away from Northstar, Christian was growing his business and taking on additional engineers and support staff. In 2013, we went back to Christian and his crew and they have been our IT support and hardware providers ever since.
Christian now sits on our IT Steering Committee, and we count him and his engineers as a key part of our team. Debt Independent have an existing Gold support package with Northstar IT which has been provided by Christian and his team for over 6 months now. Like any other small business, Debt Independent is heavily reliant on IT systems as well as cloud based support and when that doesn’t work properly from time to time it can cause anything from a mild irritation to what feels like Armageddon for the business.
