What an amazing fast response, Needed an email setting up urgently for a new contract we have and had a call from Paul Ackroyd this morning to sort this for us, he took control of my computer remotely, set up and tested the email in a very professional and speedy manor, thank you so much Paul.

Your team are very good, and generally do what is necessary. Dave is exceptionally helpful in his area, and I seem to get him mostly for my support requirements. Lucas, of course, is brilliant when you want something really techie, and usually apologises afterwards 😊 Old Paul is the final one (I have spoken to New Paul once or twice) that I talk to regularly. The rest of your new guys are learning but always polite and helpful, and they seem to be being drilled well because they will say if they don’t know that answer and commit to getting the answer for you – pretty much perfect customer service I would say.
I still recommend Northstar to anyone who will listen!
