I should like to thank Christian and his staff for their support since I signed up to their gold star service. I have had excellent advice and guidance on how to sync my Mac, phone and ipad to receive emails via their exchange service and on a variety of associated matters.
I have found his staff to be knowledgeable and patient with me when I clearly have no idea what I am doing. I have had phone guidance and written instructions and even personal visits from Christian himself in order to resolve issues which might have been extremely detrimental to my business had they not been dealt with effectively.
I was particularly impressed with Christian’s expertise recently when my Mac seemed to be losing its Internet signal on a regular basis and was causing me to waste time and lose data. He went straight to the cause of the problem which turned out to be the full length mirror I had purchased in order to hide the router and associated wiring which is located in my bedroom. With a flourish he removed the router from behind the mirror suggesting that it was reflecting back the signal or some such techno-babble. He told me he thought I would have no further problems and he was right! I have no further problems with the internet connection. I do, however, still have the problem of hiding the unsightly equipment in my bedroom… Christian…?

I started with the Founders’ Company three months ago and faced a new position with a company with a tremendous heritage and a lot of protocol in an industry I was unfamiliar with. I had a lot to learn. Although the replacement had to fit within my low budget, They took it upon themselves to ensure that the specification of the new printer matched or exceeded my precise requirements.
