To achieve this vision we are always on the hunt for the next generation of crew members, so if you have an interest in any of the following job roles:

  • 1st line helpdesk support,
  • 2nd line helpdesk support,
  • Field engineer installation/support,
  • Business Development & Account Management.

We have an exciting new vacancy for someone to join our crew, with our latest role to be added to the manifest.  This role will be the first dedicated administrator to join the crew, and will also combine some PA responsibilities for our Managing Director, Christian.

This role will be based from our Lancing office, but some flexibility will be available for the successful candidate once fully trained and inducted. You’ll not only be taking over various administration tasks from different members of the existing team, but the hope is that you will bring fresh ideas and efficiencies as you take over the tasks.

The role is expected to expand with new responsibilities as it develops over time. There is the possibility that there will be an opportunity to expand hours in the future, if the successful person would like to take advantage of it.

In addition it will include a training opportunity to study for an NVQ Business Administrator (Level 3) as part of the position.

The role will pay £9.50ph and is on offer for a minimum of 4 hours a day, 5 days a week but the start/finish time is flexible.

We are also looking for a Field Engineer to carry out onsite support and carryout installations.  They will backup the helpdesk when not on site, looking after our wonderful customers.

The role will pay up to 25k, dictated by experience.  A company van will be supplied once the induction period is over, but if transport is required during that time, a van will be made available.  The role also includes 20 days+public holidays holiday allowance, and a long term service bonus leave allowance.  You will also be enrolled into the company pension scheme.
