Big shout out to Olly yesterday – I was in a real state – very flustered as I was locked out of Microsoft Teams at 9.20 and had a course to deliver at 9.30. He was super calm and cool – and helped me get on line – I was on by 9.46 and all was well…..

The Northstar team are responsive, diligent and friendly. Whatever the problem, large or small, they’re on it. Our monthly Gold Support package covered a complete restoration of our server and entire network of PCs when we had a ransomware breach, which was not any fault of Northstar, but Northstar IT had us back to normal in only a few days. I wouldn’t want to run a business without this calibre of IT support.

My Fujitsu PC which covers both Open House and Skyline Energy Assessors was not running at ‘Warp Speed’ and probably not helped by some ‘Klingons’. It was decided an SSD would help the situation, so the PC was ‘Beamed’ down to the Northstar mothership. Unfortunately, on its return mission to Open House it was found to still not be right. So a communication to Charlie was made, as Christian was on another Planet. What I want to congratulate you on was the speed in which this problem was sorted out by you personally, a fresh shiny SSD installed and all Klingons destroyed. To future proof it from attack, a shield was put up by way of Cloud Continuity.
